Kansas Victim Information and Notification Everyday, known as Kansas VINE, is the official state entry to VINELink. It provides information and notifications for contributing Kansas county jails and the custody changes they submit. The state support number is 1-866-574-7463.
The bounded research did not find an authoritative static contributor list or a verified released result proving current Wabaunsee County participation. That gap is important. A “released” result means a participating jail reported an exit or change from that custody record. It may not state whether the reason was bond, time served, a court order, or another basis. It does not prove that the person entered the community, that no other hold exists, or that the criminal case ended.
Some records may disappear under an agency's retention setting instead of staying visible as released. VINE can also report a transfer or another custody change. Save the exact status and date, then call the agency that created the record when the distinction is consequential.

Route Wabaunsee Custody Changes
